Conducting the Second Interview with Client

Coordinating and organising the second round of interviews with the shortlisted candidates and the client to assess their fit for the specific requirements.

Onboarding

Assisting with the onboarding process for the chosen candidate, which includes orientation, training and helping them integrate into the client's organisation.

Harshani Cooray

Group HR Manager

Possessing over a decade of expertise, Harshani has thrived in her role as a Group HR Manager. She possesses a Chartered HR (CQ-HRM) certification, a bachelor’s degree from Staffordshire University in the UK and an MBA from PIM. Currently she is furthering her education with her Masters of Labour Relations & HRM at the University of Colombo. She is also an associate member of CIPM (ACIPM). Harshani’s extensive knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional growth make her an invaluable asset in our organisation.

Nadun Madhuranga

Manager – Client Operations

With a BSc in Management from University College Dublin, Ireland. Nadun has 7 years of experience in Client Management and Business Process Outsourcing. Nadun has successfully led various client projects & introduced innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and fostered strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Nalaka Mohottige

Manager – Process Lead

Drawing from almost three decades of experience, Nalaka has built a notable career as Manager – Process Lead at TeamIn. He holds a postgraduate diploma and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Jayawardenepura which adds significant expertise to his role. Nalaka’s skills in CRM systems improve process efficiency, boost team productivity and contribute to overall success making him a vital asset to TeamIn.
