She possesses a Chartered HR (CQ-HRM) certification, a bachelor’s degree from Staffordshire University in the UK and an MBA from PIM. Currently she is furthering her education with her Masters of Labour Relations & HRM at the University of Colombo. She is also an associate member of CIPM (ACIPM). Harshani’s extensive knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional growth make her an invaluable asset in our organisation.
